It is the client’s responsibility to best understand insurance benefits please speak with Stephany to determine your cost after verification of insurance. For folks paying out of pocket, and those on sliding scale please refer to agreement with your therapist.

For Virginia based clients, I am in network with Headway where I can accept Anthem BCBS, United, Carelon Behavioral Care, Aetna, Anthem EAP, and soon Providence Health Plan

It is your responsibility to verify any changes to your insurance plan, including updates to your coverage, deductible, or network participation. If your insurance changes or your deductible resets, you will be responsible for any changes to your financial responsibility.
